Managing Across the Lifecycle is the final step for IT experts prior to joining of a selected group who are ITIL specialists. Managing Across Lifecycle course is like a capstone that allows students to link the lifecycle stages of ITIL and assist an organization in integrating processes, responsibilities, and other subjects into applying cohesive service management approach. To succeed, candidates must strategize, plan, employ, and assess ITIL principles in an integrated approach.
